Digital Power Stack sells digital products that are delivered electronically and made immediately available upon purchase. Once payment is confirmed and the download link is sent to your email, the product has been fully delivered.
Because digital products cannot be "returned" — once accessed, the files remain available to the buyer — all sales are considered final and non-refundable. This policy is standard practice for all digital download products.
Your download link is generated and emailed the moment payment clears — the product is delivered before you could even request a refund.
Once downloaded, digital files cannot be "un-accessed." A refund cannot restore the exclusivity of the product.
We provide detailed descriptions, category lists, and sample information so you can make an informed purchase decision before paying.
At ₹199 for 10,000+ documents, the price is significantly lower than the value delivered, making refund abuse financially impractical for us.
While we do not issue refunds, we are committed to ensuring every customer receives what they paid for. We will take action in the following situations:
If you did not receive your download link within 24 hours of payment, this is a technical or delivery issue — not a reason to refund, but a reason to resend. Contact us immediately at shopfynest@gmail.com with your payment confirmation and we will manually send your link within a few hours.
If the download link was sent to a wrong email address due to a typo at checkout, contact us with proof of payment. We will verify and resend to the correct address.
If the files you received are genuinely corrupted, inaccessible, or significantly different from what was described, we will investigate and provide a corrected download or alternative resolution.
If the same product was accidentally purchased twice from the same account or payment method within a short window, contact us with both payment receipts. We will review and resolve on a case-by-case basis.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is considered a breach of these terms. We reserve the right to contest any chargeback with evidence of product delivery and to pursue recovery of fees incurred as a result of fraudulent chargebacks. We encourage all customers to resolve issues with us directly before involving their bank or payment provider.
